  "text": "The following entry is deleted from Part B (Entities) of Part II of Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849:\n‘\n3\nKorea National Insurance Corporation (KNIC) and its branch offices\nKorea Foreign Insurance Company\nHaebangsan-dong, Central District, Pyongyang, DPRK\nRahlstedter Strasse 83 a, 22149 Hamburg.\nKorea National Insurance Corporation of Alloway, Kidbrooke Park Road, Blackheath,\nLondon SE30LW\n3.7.2015\nKorea National Insurance Corporation (KNIC), a State-owned and controlled company, is generating substantial foreign exchange revenue which could contribute to the DPRK's nuclear-related, ballistic missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes.\nFurthermore, the KNIC headquarters Pyongyang is linked to Office 39 of the Korean Worker's Party, a designated entity.\n’",
