Division 8 In paragraph 8 (b):

The words ‘document V’ and ‘at its seventeenth session (decision 1999/1) and any amendments thereto’ are deleted; and

The following sentence is added at the end of the paragraph:

‘Special attention should be given to reductions of ammonia emissions from significant sources of ammonia for that Party.’
