Division 4 A new paragraph 1 (e) is added as follows:

‘(e)

The environmental and human health improvements associated with attaining emission reduction commitments for 2020 and beyond as listed in annex II. For countries within the geographical scope of EMEP, information on such improvements will be presented in guidance adopted by the Executive Body.’
