  "text": "Annex IX to Protocol 1 to the Agreement is replaced by the following:\n‘ANNEX IX to Protocol 1\nOverseas countries and territories\nWithin the meaning of this Protocol, ‘overseas countries and territories’ means the countries and territories referred to in Part Four of the Treaty establishing the European Community listed below:\n(This list is without prejudice to the status of these countries and territories, or future changes in their status.)\n1.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the Kingdom of Denmark:\nGreenland.\n2.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the French Republic:\nNew Caledonia and Dependencies,\nFrench Polynesia,\nSaint Pierre and Miquelon,\nSaint Barthélemy,\nFrench Southern and Antarctic Territories,\nWallis and Futuna.\n3.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the Kingdom of the Netherlands:\nAruba,\nBonaire,\nCuraçao,\nSaba,\nSint Eustatius,\nSint Maarten.\n4.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland:\nAnguilla,\nBermuda,\nCayman Islands,\nFalkland Islands,\nSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands,\nMontserrat,\nPitcairn,\nSaint Helena and Dependencies,\nBritish Antarctic Territory,\nBritish Indian Ocean Territory,\nTurks and Caicos Islands,\nBritish Virgin Islands.’.",
