  "text": "The Agreement shall be signed in English. Pursuant to Union law, the Agreement is also drawn up by the Union in the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish languages. These additional language versions should be authenticated by an exchange of diplomatic notes between the European Union and the United States of America. All authenticated versions shall be of equal value.",
