  "text": "In order to allow the Joint Committee to effectively monitor the implementation of the Agreement, diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States shall submit statistics to the Commission every six months. Where possible, those statistics should include, presented in a monthly breakdown:\nthe number of each type of visas issued to the different categories covered by the Agreement;\nthe number of visa refusals for the different categories covered by the Agreement;\nthe number of multiple-entry visas issued;\nthe length of validity of multiple-entry visas issued;\nthe number of visas issued without fees to the different categories covered by the Agreement.",
