A Monitoring Trustee shall report semi-annually to the Commission on the evolution of the restructuring plan and the above mentioned commitments until the end of the Restructuring Period. The reference dates for the semi-annual Reporting are the 31 of December and the 30 of June. The Semi-annual Reporting shall be forwarded within 2 months from the reporting dates each year during the Restructuring Period. The final report for reference date 31 December 2019 (if applicable) shall cover the entire year 2019.
