Division Appointment Of The Monitoring Trustee

  1. 11.4No later than four weeks after the Effective Date, Denmark shall submit to the Commission for approval a list of two or more persons whom Denmark proposes to appoint as the Monitoring Trustee, with an indication of Denmark's preferred choice. The proposal shall contain sufficient information for the Commission to verify that the proposed Trustee fulfils the requirements set out above and shall include:
