  "text": "The thematic areas shall be the following:\n(a) victims of crime and access to justice;\n(b) equality and discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, or on the grounds of nationality;\n(c) information society and, in particular, respect for private life and protection of personal data;\n(d) judicial cooperation, except in criminal matters;\n(e) migration, borders, asylum and integration of refugees and migrants;\n(f) racism, xenophobia and related intolerance;\n(g) rights of the child;\n(h) integration and social inclusion of Roma.",
