  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/350\nof 27 February 2017\namending Decision 2012/642/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Belarus\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 15 October 2012, the Council adopted Decision 2012/642/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review of Decision 2012/642/CFSP, the restrictive measures against Belarus should be extended until 28 February 2018.\n(3)\nFurthermore, the Council agreed that the export of biathlon equipment to Belarus may be authorised by Member States in accordance with the applicable licensing provisions.\n(4)\nDecision 2012/642/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(5)\nIn order to ensure that the measures provided for in this Decision are effective, this Decision should enter into force immediately,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
