  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2017/446\nof 3 March 2017\non the conclusion on behalf of the European Union of the Protocol (2015) amending the Annex to the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular first subparagraph of Article 207(4), in conjunction with Article 218(6)(a) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the European Commission,\nHaving regard to the consent of the European Parliament,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nBy means of Decision 80/271/EEC, the Council approved the conclusion of the GATT Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft (the Agreement).\n(2)\nSignatories to the Agreement, through their representatives, agreed to open the Protocol (2015) Amending the Annex to the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft (the Protocol) for acceptance in Geneva on 5 November 2015, transposing into the Annex to the Agreement the changes introduced in the 2007 version of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System.\n(3)\nThe Protocol should be approved,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
