Paragraph 13 Languages
1.
The official languages of the Cooperation Committee shall be the official languages of the Parties.
2.
The working languages of the Cooperation Committee shall be English and Russian. Unless otherwise decided, the Cooperation Committee shall base its deliberations on documentation prepared in those languages.
