  "text": "The thematic symposia will result in greater insight and an elaborated position on the selected topics by the Union and other stakeholders involved. Small Arms Survey will prepare a substantive outcome document on the four thematic symposia. That outcome document will contain a study on the four topics and will build on the draft background papers and incorporate the findings of the expert discussions at the four thematic symposia. The outcome document will focus on delivering actionable steps with a view to it being included in the outcome document of RevCon3. The outcome document will inform the subsequent regional meetings under the project.",
