The dividends Emsländische Eisenbahn GmbH received from the shares, the compensation for the coordination of school transport services and for drawing up the local transport scheme (Nahverkehrsplan) do not constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
