  "text": "A person other than a dependent child as defined in paragraph 1 may be considered a staff member's dependant on the following conditions:\n(i) he is a parent or other close relative by blood or marriage;\n(ii) he lives continuously with the staff member or his spouse or registered partner, or is regularly admitted to an institution giving specialist medical care;\n(iii) the person concerned does not have adequate resources of his own to support himself.",
