# Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/824 of 15 May 2017 concerning the Staff Regulations of the European Union Satellite Centre, Article 9

The Director may, without consulting the Disciplinary Board, decide to close disciplinary proceedings by issuing a written warning or reprimand. In such case the staff member concerned shall be heard before such action is taken by the Director.
