  "text": "1. Staff members shall be entitled to reimbursement of the costs of moving from their previous place of duty to the location of the SATCEN.\n2. The same entitlement shall apply when a staff member leaves the service of the SATCEN and returns to the country where he was based before joining the SATCEN, within six months from the date of termination of his service.\n3. The reimbursement shall cover the costs of moving staff members' personal household effects, excluding their motor cars, boats or other means of transport, in accordance with Annex VI.\n4. Reimbursement shall be made directly by the SATCEN, on production of the bill by the moving firm.",
