  "text": "The list of public holidays shall be drawn up by the Director taking into account the official lists of public holidays published annually in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) and the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThose public holidays shall not be deducted from the staff members' annual leave entitlement. If one of those days falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Director may designate another day as a holiday instead.",
