  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/824\nof 15 May 2017\nconcerning the Staff Regulations of the European Union Satellite Centre\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2014/401/CFSP of 26 June 2014 on the European Union Satellite Centre and in particular Article 8(5) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Director of the European Union Satellite Centre,\nHaving regard to the text drawn up by the Board of the European Union Satellite Centre,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe European Union Satellite Centre is an agency of the European Union, affiliated to the Coordinated Organisations. The Staff Regulations of the European Union Satellite Centre should be adapted to the development of the Centre and of the general regulatory framework of staff rules prevailing in the Coordinated Organisations and therefore it is necessary to review them.\n(2)\nThe Staff Regulations of the European Union Satellite Centre, as adopted by the Council on 14 September 2009 should therefore be replaced,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
