  "text": "Article 7 of Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows:\n1.. In paragraph 12, the words ‘the financial year 2016’ are replaced by the words ‘the financial years 2016 and 2017’.\n2.. The following paragraph is added:\n‘14.\nThe EFTA States shall, as from 1 January 2017, participate in Union actions related to the following budget line, entered into the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2017:\nBudget line 02.03.04: ‘Internal market governance tools’.’.",
