This Decision shall enter into force on […], provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been madef1, or on the same day as the entry into force of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and Iceland concerning additional trade preferences in agricultural productsf2, whichever is the later.
