  "text": "Taking into account the activities already carried out under Decision 2013/768/CFSP and their desirable follow-up, the nine roadmaps will be implemented as follows (the implementing entity in charge is in brackets):\nNorth, Central and Western Africa: 5 (Expertise France)\nSouthern and Eastern Africa: 1 (BAFA)\nSouth East Asia: 2 (BAFA)\nMiddle East & Gulf countries and Central Asia: 1 (Expertise France)\nIn accordance with the UN practice, contracts concluded with the implementing entities will further specify which third countries of the above mentioned geographical regions relate to the implementing entities.",
