# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/977 of 8 June 2017 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/247 on protective measures in relation to outbreaks of the highly pathogenic avian influenza in certain Member States (notified under document C(2017) 3962) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/247 is amended as follows:
(1) in Article 5, the date ‘30 June 2017’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2017’;
(2) the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
