  "text": "For a transitional period until 30 June 2017, Member States shall authorise imports into the Union of dogs, cats and ferrets which are accompanied by a health certificate issued not later than 31 May 2017 in accordance with the model set out in Part 1 of the Annex to Implementing Decision 2013/519/EU in its version prior to the amendments introduced by this Decision.",
