  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/994\nof 12 June 2017\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 of 27 May 2016 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Decision 2013/183/CFSP, and in particular Article 33(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 36(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2016/849, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision.\n(3)\nThe Council concluded that one person and one entity should be removed from the list set out in Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(4)\nThe Council has also concluded that the entries concerning certain persons and entities included in Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should be updated.\n(5)\nAnnex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
