Liability:

CESSDA ERIC shall be liable for its debts.
- b))
The Members and Observers are not jointly liable for the debts of CESSDA ERIC.
- c))
CESSDA ERIC shall take appropriate insurance to cover risks specific to the construction and operation of the CESSDA ERIC infrastructure.
