If the intellectual property originates from CESSDA ERIC-funded work (direct contribution or in kind), such property shall belong to CESSDA ERIC. CESSDA ERIC may relinquish its rights fully or partially in favour of the Member, Observer or Service Provider that has created the intellectual property rights.
