  "text": "In order to provide a mid-term and a final assessment of the activities under this Decision, two experts meetings will be organised in Brussels, ideally back-to-back with a regular COARM meeting.\nThe mid-term assessment event will take the form of a workshop with the participation of EU Member States, which may last up to 1 day.\nThe final assessment event will take the form of a 2-day event in Brussels with the participation of beneficiary countries and EU Member States.\nUp to two representatives (appropriate government officials) of each beneficiary country will be invited to the final assessment event.",
