  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/1087\nof 30 July 2018\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 36(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2016/849, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annexes II, III, V and VI to that Decision.\n(3)\nThe Council concluded that Decision (CFSP) 2016/849, including certain entries concerning the persons and entities set out in Annexes II and III thereto, should be updated.\n(4)\nDecision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
