Directive 2014/25/EU shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following activities to be carried out on the territory of the Czech Republic:

  1. (a)

    retail supply of natural gas to large customers;

  2. (b)

    retail supply of natural gas to small customers.
