  "text": "‘D’ means that a derogation relating to a small volume manufacturer has been granted in accordance with Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 for the calendar year 2016;\n‘ND’ means that a derogation relating to a niche manufacturer has been granted in accordance with Article 11(4) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 for the calendar year 2016;\n‘DMD’ means that a de minimis exemption applies in accordance with Article 2(4) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009, i.e. a manufacturer which together with all its connected undertakings was responsible for fewer than 1 000 new registered vehicles in 2016 does not have to meet a specific emissions target;\n‘P’ means that the manufacturer is a member of a pool (listed in table 2) formed pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 and the pooling agreement is valid for calendar year 2016.",
