# Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1493 of 2 October 2018 authorising Hungary to introduce a special measure derogating from point (a) of Article 26(1) and Articles 168 and 168a of Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Articles 1 and 2 shall only apply to passenger cars designed for the transportation of a maximum of nine persons with a gross vehicle weight not exceeding five tons.
