  2. 2.2.2The sample shall cover websites from the different levels of administration existing in the Member States. Taking as reference the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (NUTS) and the Local Administrative Units (LAU) set out in the NUTS, the sample shall include the following, where they exist:
