  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/1655\nof 6 November 2018\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 establishing a European Security and Defence College (ESDC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Articles 28(1), 42(4) and 43(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 21 December 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 establishing a European Security and Defence College (ESDC).\n(2)\nA new financial reference amount for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 should be established.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2016/2382 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
