  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2018/1657\nof 6 November 2018\nimplementing Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 of 27 May 2016 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Decision 2013/183/CFSP, and in particular Article 33(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(2)\nOn 3 October 2017, the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 1718 (2006) (the ‘UNSC Committee’) designated four vessels for a port entry ban.\n(3)\nOn 28 December 2017, the UNSC Committee designated another four vessels for a port entry ban.\n(4)\nOn 30 March 2018, the UNSC Committee designated 15 vessels for an asset freeze, 25 vessels for a port entry ban and 12 vessels for deflagging.\n(5)\nThose vessels are listed in Annex IV to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(6)\nFurther additional information regarding some of those vessels has been published by the UNSC Committee in the list of designated vessels.\n(7)\nAnnex IV to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
