Article 14 Sub-committees and working groups

The Joint Committee may decide to set up sub-committees and working groups to assist it in carrying out its tasks.

The Joint Committee may decide to change the area of responsibility of a sub-committee or a working group or to abolish any sub-committee or working group that it has established.
