This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Hellenic Republic, the French Republic, Iceland, the Italian Republic, the Kingdom of Netherlands, the Kingdom of Norway, the Portuguese Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Swiss Confederation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
