Article 2

The decision of the Union to temporarily suspend, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 2.29 of the Agreement, the acceptance of self-certification of wine products as set out in Article 2.28 of the Agreement shall be taken by the Commission.

The decision of the Union to terminate, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 2.29 of the Agreement, the temporary suspension referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be taken by the Commission.
