  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/1930\nof 10 December 2018\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP.\n(2)\nFollowing the organisation, on 11 November 2018, of so-called ‘elections’ in the so-called ‘Donetsk People's Republic’ and ‘Luhansk People's Republic’, the Council considers that nine persons should be added to the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP.\n(3)\nThe Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
