  "text": "This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.\nThis Decision shall expire 36 months after the date of the conclusion of the financing agreements referred to in Article 3(3). However, it shall expire six months after the date of its entry into force if no financing agreement has been concluded within that period.",
