  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No …/…\nof …\namending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement\nTHE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,\nHaving regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nRegulation (EU) 2015/847 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on information accompanying transfers of funds and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1781/2006 is to be incorporated in the EEA Agreement.\n(2)\nRegulation (EU) 2015/847 repeals Regulation (EC) No 1781/2006 which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement.\n(3)\nAnnex IX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:\nDone at Brussels,\nFor the EEA Joint Committee\nThe President\nThe Secretaries to the EEA Joint Committee",
