(Article 27 of the Statutes of EMBRC-ERIC)

    EMBRC-ERIC shall be established for an initial period ending on 31 December 2040.

  2. 2..

    Without prejudice to Article 8 of the Statutes, EMBRC-ERIC shall continue to exist for successive five year periods after the initial period subject to a decision of the General Assembly in accordance with Article 15(9) of the Statutes.
