  "text": "(Article 9 of the Statutes of EMBRC-ERIC)\n1.. EMBRC-ERIC shall be liable for its debts.\n2.. Each Members' liability towards EMBRC-ERIC's debts and liabilities, of whatever nature, shall be limited to their respective contributions provided to EMBRC-ERIC.\n3..
