  "text": "Point (d) of Article 3 of the Agreement defines ‘visa’ as ‘authorisation issued by a Member State or the Republic of Azerbaijan with a view to transiting through, or an intended stay of a duration of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period, in the territory of Member States or the Republic of Azerbaijan.’.\nThe facilitations provided by the Agreement apply both to uniform visas valid for the entire territory of the Member States and to visas with limited territorial validity.\nThe facilitations provided by the Agreement apply to all visas determined in the Chapter 5 of the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.",
