  "text": "It is recalled that the facilitations mentioned below, with regard to the visa fee, the length of procedures for processing visa applications, departure in case of lost or stolen documents, and the extension of visa in exceptional circumstances, apply to all visa applicants and visa holders being citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan or Member States bound by the Agreement, including tourists.",
