Division (4) The operator of the appropriate establishments of destination keeps a record of:

the date, number and species of salamanders entering and leaving for each consignment;

copies of the animal health certificates and the common F1health entry documents accompanying the consignment of salamanders;

cases of illness and the number of deaths on a daily basis;

dates and results of testing;

types and dates of treatment and the number of animals subjected to it.
