  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/391\nof 12 March 2018\namending Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 December 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic.\n(2)\nOn 30 January 2018, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2399 (2018), which provides for certain amendments to the exemptions to the arms embargo, as well as to the designation criteria relating to persons and entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nFurther Union action is needed in order to implement certain measures.\n(4)\nDecision 2013/798/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
