# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/552 of 6 April 2018 updating the references in Council Directive 2003/96/EC to the codes of the Combined Nomenclature for certain products, Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 15 September 2018.
