  "text": "The service shall cover the following main domains:\n(a) Crisis Information;\n(b) Crisis Prevention and Preparedness;\n(c) briefing notes and activity analysis.\nThe SEA service products shall be available only to the following authorized users:\n(a) the European External Action Service (EEAS crisis management structures; EU Delegations, EEAS Regional desks)\n(b) the CSDP Missions and Operations\n(c) the following Commission services\n(1) DG-ECHO;\n(2) DG-DEVCO;\n(d) the Ministries of Defence, Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Intelligence Centres in Member States.\n(e) United Nations",
