# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/621 of 20 April 2018 on the technical specifications for the Copernicus space component pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 377/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3.2.2: Space Segment activities

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

ESA shall be responsible for the procurement and launch of the following satellites and instruments:
(a) development of the C and D units of Sentinel-1, -2, and -3;
(b) sentinel-5B and -5C instruments;
(c) sentinel-6B unit;
(d) launch Services.
